A google image search will show beautiful renderings of the station, maps, interesting “before and after” interactive images, etc In addition to the bonanza of public information, see below a curated selection of important or unique videos and photos Also, and this is not technically public information yet, Parkchester itself will be doing some significant construction on East Tremont Ave, to match the grandeur of the new Station
MetroNorth Train Station
The MetroNorth train station that is currently being built in Parkchester has been highly publicized.
For many years it was speculatory, and we all hoped that the project would one day be approved. Now, anyone can stand in front of 1950 E Tremont Avenue and see the bulldozers and excavators at the construction site, and all doubt disappears.
